Shipping Policy
After purchase, items are carefully prepared in our showroom.
Mainland Portugal
INEDIT DESIGN offers* shipping to Portugal and Spain for purchases over €150, and all orders are sent by carrier - Batch - and may take between 1 to 2 business days to arrive. Make sure that someone will be at the address you indicated during working hours, to avoid delivery failures.
In case of delivery failure, the carrier may contact you to reschedule a new date. 3 delivery attempts will be made. If the recipient does not receive it in these 3 times, the order will return to our facilities and a new shipment will be charged.

Same Day - Orders placed until 1 pm and available for delivery in the municipalities of Lisbon, Cascais and Oeiras
Shipping cost: €4.70
Delivery time: Same day - between 3pm and 7pm
Next Day - orders placed until 1 pm and available for delivery in mainland Portugal
Shipping cost: €4.50
Delivery time: Next day - between 3pm and 7pm
*Not applicable to Gift Card.
Madeira Islands and Azores
Shipping cost: 8€
Delivery time: between 3 to 10 business days
International
All international orders will be sent by carrier - Batch or Via Direct - which may take up to 15 days depending on the country of destination.
All international shipments incur a shipping fee:

Exchanges and Returns
Exchange Policy
Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days after purchase, as long as they are in the proper conditions - original packaging and labels - and without showing usage marks.
Exchanges can be made in two ways:
1. In person in our Showroom: Tuesday to Thursday from 10 am to 6:30 pm
2. By mail: Send an email to info.ineditdesign@gmail.com with the necessary information: exchange item and size. and You will then receive an email confirming the exchange together with the Showroom address (Rua Francisco de Holanda, 28A 1600 -185 Lisbon) to which you should send the article.
We only accept exchanges of items of equal or greater purchase value
We don't accept exchanges of promotional items.
Shipping costs will be supported by the customer, as well as shipping costs for the second piece (5€ - Mainland Portugal).
After receiving the items, INEDIT DESIGN reserves the right to deny the exchange if they do not meet the requirements announced above.
Returns Policy
Returns will be accepted within 14 days after purchase, as long as they are in the proper conditions - original packaging and labels - and without showing usage marks.
Returns can be made in two ways:
1. In person in our Showroom: Tuesday to Thursday from 10 am to 6:30 pm
2. By mail:Send an email to info.ineditdesign@gmail.com with the necessary information: item to be returned and size. You will then receive an email confirming the return request together with the Showroom address (Rua Francisco de Holanda, 28A 1600 -185 Lisboa) where you should send the article (we recommend registered shipping).
As soon as we receive the item, it will be verified and we will refund the amount, and it may take up to 5 working days for the amount to enter your account.
We don't accept returns of promotional items.
Shipping costs will be supported by the customer.
All returns will suffer a deduction of shipping costs.
In case of error or loss of the returned item, the exchange/return cost will not be insured by us.
