This Privacy Policy describes the processing of personal data carried out by Flamingomerit Unipessoal Lda, legal person number 514 365 889, headquartered in Courela da Charneca, s/n 7490-424 Pavia, hereinafter referred to as "INEDIT.DESIGN", as responsible for its treatment, within the scope of the respective commercial activity.

INEDIT.DESIGN is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and, in particular, the users of its website and is committed to respecting the data protection rules, collecting and processing them in strict compliance with the applicable legislation, namely Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (hereinafter only General Regulation on Data Protection or RGPD).
