Exchange and Return Policy
Items will be exchanged and returned within 15 days after purchase, provided they are in proper condition - original packaging, labels - and without signs of use.Exchanges or refunds can be made in two ways: In person at our Showroom or sent by mail to: Rua da Beneficência 235B 1600-196 Lisbon, accompanied by an email prior to request exchange or refund (info.ineditdesign@gmail.com).
There are no exchanges or returns of items on sale.
In returns, only the value of the item will be refunded (deducting shipping).
In exchanges, when sending a second piece, shipping will be charged again.
